  • All CPR/First Aid Certified

  • All teachers are trained to be experts in student engagement and individualized instruction

CURRICULUM

  • Interactive, multicultural, and socially appropriate
     

  • Activities are structured and planned by age, even for our young learners.
     
  • We use the Virginia Standards of Learning and leveled books for all our pre-schoolers to help better prepare them for elementary school
     

  • Incorporates STEM into Virginia’s Foundation Blocks for Early Learning, which are part of the Virginia Standards of Learning
     

  • We formally assess three times per year
     

  • We informally assess every day to see what each individual student needs
     

  • Each day a child will participate in learning stations that promote teamwork and cooperation, individualized instruction to meet each child at their developmental learning level, and have free choice to explore their imagination
